Schedule of Events
The hall will open at 6 p.m. for people to arrive and begin dressing. The ball will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The ceremony, conducted by Henry Cooke, will be at 7:00 p.m., followed by:
- the Sword Arch and Grand March,
- the First Dance by the bride and groom,
- general dancing for all.

- 6:00 p.m. - Hall Opens
- 7:00 p.m. - Ball begins with wedding ceremony
- 9:30 p.m. (approx.) - Champagne toast
- 11:00 p.m. - last waltz
We are told that at some weddings, it is traditional to stay at the reception until the bride and groom
leave for their honeymoon.
We are not going on our honeymoon, and in fact, will probably be the last people out
of the hall, taking down the decorations and tidying up.
The dancing will continue right up until 11 p.m.,
but people should feel free to take their leave anytime after the Champagne Toast.
